Change of plans? We allow one free date change.
Digital nomad life rarely runs to schedule, so you can move your booking dates one time, free of charge, as long as your new dates are available.
Cancellation, refund & date-change policy
Full payment is due no later than 21 days before arrival. If we don't receive it by then, the booking may be cancelled automatically. All times are Central European Time (CET).
Changing your dates
Plans change on the road, so your first date change is free, subject to availability. Any further changes may carry a small administrative fee.
Cancellations & refunds
- More than 21 days before arrival: full refund.
- 21 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: non-refundable.
To be valid, cancellation and date-change requests must reach us in writing, by email, through the booking system, or on WhatsApp.
