🌿 Conscious community & NVC
The season is facilitated by NVC (non-violent communication) practitioners, in an inclusive space meant for everyone to feel safe. Body positivity, empathetic listening and gender inclusion are our base and our lighthouse.
🧘 Restoration for body & mind
Our winter rhythm includes sauna and cold plunge to cleanse and invigorate, yoga and dance to stay grounded and fluid, and meditation to clear the mental space for deep work.
🔥 Shared wisdom & adventure
Ours is a sharing community. We share dinners, skills, workshops, and evenings by the fire, and we arrange group excursions for skiing, local spa visits, and mountain hikes.
Intentional living
We believe clarity comes when we slow down. The season is built to support both your professional focus and your personal expansion: high-speed wifi, several workspaces, ergonomic chairs and monitors, alongside NVC, meditation, yoga, and skill-sharing.

We lean into the unconventional. Montino is a radically inclusive home for the curious. We hold space for authentic expression, and for the subtle shifts that only happen when you feel truly safe, seen, and supported.
The seasonal rhythm
Magic takes time. To truly sink into this season, we invite you to stay at least one month, or the full winter. A longer stay allows for a more integrated experience and true immersion in the slow pace of the winter mountains.

Booking & payment
A 20% deposit is charged at the time of booking. It is fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival, when the remaining payment is collected in full. After that date, a 50% refund of the total is available up to 10 days before arrival.
